About Thomas Winger

Thomas Winger has been practicing Taiji, Qi Gong and Daoism for over two decades. He made training stays in Thailand with Qi Gong master Mantak Chia and learned in China at the birthplace of Taiji from the legendary Chen family. Since 2008 he has been a student of Grand Master Chen Shihong and has become one of his official successors. Due to a liberating experience during a Buddhist retreat, after ten years of self-employment in the software industry, he decided to quit his job entirely to devote himself exclusively to Taiji, Qi Gong and Meditation. Since then, Winger has been teaching in his own association in Austria.
